Healthy Chocolate Pudding

If you are looking for a very quick and easy desert for the kids with ZERO refined sugar, then look no further. This is a great one to make when the kids are screaming for something and you have little to no time. It’s also a convenient way to get rid of those bananas that are starting to show some brown spots and the kids will no longer touch them.

It really cannot get any simpler than this. Simply blend some bananas, cocoa and vanilla extract together until smooth. Yes you read that correctly, it is that simple.

If you want to add it to the Pouchee, I recommend adding a little bit of milk just to thin it out a little, otherwise, serve in a bowl and watch the kids go crazy over something so incredibly healthy. If you want to get creative, add some chocolate chips, coconut, berries or whatever you like on top for some fun decoration.

Healthy Chocolate Pudding

The quickest and easiest way to make a healthy dessert for the little ones. Your kids will love you for it and you can be confident in knowing that you are filling their bodies with a healthy and nourishing treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 tbsp Cacao / Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Milk of choice Optional if you are using this recipe for the Pouchee

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Spoon mixture into a bowl and add your favourite topping for decoration if you're feeling creative. Alternatively, pour it into a Pouchee and allow the kids to enjoy it on the go.
