Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
Change of mind
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Hungry Cubs will offer you an exchange voucher provided that:
You return the item within 7 days of purchase;
You produce your Hungry Cubs receipt at the time you return the item as proof of purchase;
The item is in re-saleable condition including that:
It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories; and
It is unopened, unused and in its original condition
If these requirements are not satisfied Hungry Cubs reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for change of mind returns.
If you would like to return the item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Faulty Items
If the item/s is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. We will do everything we can to resolve this situation to your satisfaction, and often give you options to ensure you get the best outcome for you.
We will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products have been wrongly described, develop a fault or are not fit for the purpose described.
Please email with details of the fault including a photo if possible. Often this means we can send out your replacement before you return the faulty item, which means the problem is solved faster.
